About the Job
- Client Portfolio Management: As an Audit Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits.
- Building Relationships: Foster and develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
- Upholding Values: Embody the firm’s values, demonstrate integrity, and maintain a strong ethical stance.
- Meeting Deadlines: Ensure assignments are completed within set deadlines and budgets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support to clients.
- Financial Oversight: Manage billing, collections, and profitability for each assignment.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members.
Required Skills
- Qualifications: Certified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
- Experience: Proven audit experience within an accounting firm.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards.
- Client-Focused: Proactive in client service and business development.
- IT Competence: Proficient in audit and accounting software applications.
