About the Job

  • Client Portfolio Management: As an Audit Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audits.
  • Building Relationships: Foster and develop existing client relationships while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Upholding Values: Embody the firm’s values, demonstrate integrity, and maintain a strong ethical stance.
  • Meeting Deadlines: Ensure assignments are completed within set deadlines and budgets.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical support to clients.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage billing, collections, and profitability for each assignment.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members.

Required Skills

  • Qualifications: Certified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CPA).
  • Experience: Proven audit experience within an accounting firm.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of auditing and financial reporting standards.
  • Client-Focused: Proactive in client service and business development.
  • IT Competence: Proficient in audit and accounting software applications.
  • Collaborative: Effective team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
