Bid Coordinator – Facilities Management

📍 Blanchardstown Corporate Park 2, Dublin 15 | €35,000–€40,000 DOE | Fully onsite
Hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:00, Friday 08:00–16:00. Discretionary WFH may follow probation.

About Your New Job

You will:

• Coordinate end-to-end bid activity for PQQs, RFIs and RFPs, ensuring compliant, high-quality submissions to deadline

• Collate, edit and format technical, commercial and HSEQ inputs into compelling proposal documents and presentations

• Manage bid portals, trackers, calendars and version control, scheduling reviews and governance gates

• Maintain the bid content library, CVs, case studies, certificates and standard attachments

• Support the Bid Manager and wider Commercial team with data gathering, market research and lessons learned

• Liaise with operations, engineering and supply chain to capture win themes and differentiators

• Prepare handover packs for mobilisations following a successful award

What You Need

• 2+ years’ administration in a commercial setting, ideally supporting bids or proposals

• Strong MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint and Excel) with excellent document formatting and layout

• Outstanding written and verbal communication with sharp attention to detail and accuracy

• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and deliver against multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Understanding of FM or building services (mechanical and electrical) is a strong advantage

• Comfortable working fully onsite. Right to work in Ireland required

What’s On Offer

• Salary: €35,000–€40,000 DOE

• Pension: Employer contribution 3%

• Death in Service: 4x salary

• Income Protection: 50% after 26 weeks for up to 4 years

• Holidays: 21 days per annum

• Statutory sick leave

• Standard working hours as above

• Initial interview via Teams, followed by onsite with the existing Bid Coordinator

• This is an additional headcount working alongside an experienced peer
