About Your New Job

You will be responsible for coordinating all building services with other construction activities, overseeing the entire process from specification and procurement to installation, testing, and commissioning of services in various commercial, industrial, educational, and healthcare buildings

What Skills You Need

• Proficient in creating specifications, service drawings, and architectural and structural details, while collaborating with design teams and coordinating subcontractor activities to ensure adherence to company standards and project timelines.
• Experience with O & M manuals and preparation of tender documentation.
• Third level degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role with a building contractor.
• Experience with AutoCAD is essential.
