Working for a leading Food Company in Ireland specialising in Breads and Cakes which was established over 80 years ago. Due to their continued success and growth, they are now looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Irish food service sector along with managing a Team of Van Sales Executives.
About Your Business Development Manager job
- Managing and motivating a Team of 15 Van Sales Executives to include Coaching, Training and Journey Planning for them.
- Business Development Manager role out on the Road 3 days a week and office based 2 days a week
- Selling their full product range in the Dublin/Leinster Territory
- Creating and executing a commercial strategy that drives Revenue and Profit
- Relationship management and maintaining existing relationships
- Managing Budgets and analysing financial performance
- Analysing market trends and consumer behaviour to identify growth opportunities
- Contributing to product development and branding strategies
- Working closely with internal teams
What Skills You Need for this Sales Job
- Experience in managing a team of Van Sales Reps or Merchandisers or Field Sales Executives essential
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the Irish fresh food industry.
- Strong understanding of food service distribution in Ireland, with established relationships in the industry.
- Experience in Sales Reporting along with P&L Reports
- Full clean driving licence
What’s on Offer
