About Your New Job
- Your job as a Business Development Specialist will be to lead targeted campaigns and partnerships to attract new members across regions and sectors, while driving lead generation and tracking conversion metrics.
- You will be working closely with the communications team to deliver marketing campaigns (email, digital, print, social) that communicate the value of membership.
- Support the development of an onboarding experience and early engagement strategies, gathering feedback to enhance member satisfaction.
- Ensure accurate CRM (Microsoft Dynamics preferred) usage, segment member data for outreach, and report on KPIs and trend
- Assist with member-focused events and represent the organization at key industry functions and regional meetings.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 2 years of Sales in a B2B membership led organisation
- Demonstrated success in planning and delivering impactful marketing campaigns
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Willingness to travel as required (a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is essential)

- €50,000 - €60,000 with a bonus based on targets
