Our client is now searching for a Client Relations and Contract Governance Consultant to join their team in Dublin.

About Your New Job

• As Client Relations and Contract Governance Consultant, you will be the key contact point for all institutional client onboarding activities, ensuring operational client onboarding is delivered safely and efficiently.
• You will manage the distribution agreement, platform agreement, rebate agreement, and terms of business process, ensuring all client-side/comfort letters are managed in accordance with established processes.
• You will ensure all procedures documentation is regularly reviewed and updated, and represent client and distribution teams on regulatory change project forums.
• The Client Relations and Contract Governance Consultant ensures regulatory requirements are met by managing, overseeing, and reporting on distribution activities.

What Skills You Need

• Prior experience within the asset servicing industry, investment management firm, transfer agency, or business providing intermediate investment services.
• Working knowledge of intermediate fund distribution chain and experience with AML/KYC checks.
• Ability to project manage complex undertakings and coordinate investor onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of UCITS funds and closed-ended investment vehicles is an advantage.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
