About Your New Job

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to produce precision-engineered components to exact specifications.
• Load and unload materials into CNC machines safely and efficiently.
• Carry out first-off inspections and in-process checks to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
• Complete quality documentation and production reports accurately.
• Perform regular machine maintenance and ensure a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Operate multiple machines when required to meet production targets.
• Download and adjust CNC programs as needed for specific jobs.
• Collaborate with CNC Programmers and other team members to optimize machining processes and tooling setups.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 2 years’ experience setting and operating CNC lathes.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings and measurement tools (micrometers, verniers, gauges, etc.).
• Proven ability to work independently and to tight tolerances.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• English language required (spoken and written).
