About Your New Role

As Fit Out Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of commercial fit-out projects from site establishment through to handover. You will be the driving force on site, ensuring programmes are met, quality is maintained, and health & safety standards are upheld at all times.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics, and work closely with project managers, design teams, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery.

What You Will Need

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial fit-out or interior projects

  • Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, finishes, and M&E coordination

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and tight programmes

  • A proactive and solution-focused approach to site challenges

  • Strong commitment to health & safety and quality control

  • Relevant construction qualification or trade background

  • Valid Safe Pass and Manual Handling (SMSTS or equivalent desirable)
