About Your New Job - Corporate Account Manager
- As the Corporate Account Manager, you will own and grow a portfolio of high-value corporate clients, ensuring long-term retention and satisfaction.
- You'll lead client engagement from initial contact through to post-event review, including negotiation, planning, and onsite execution.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams, you will ensure every event meets the highest standards of delivery.
- You will also identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue and strengthen client partnerships.
- In this senior-level role, you'll act as a strategic advisor, bringing insight and tailored solutions to each client’s unique needs, while representing the brand with authority and professionalism.
What Skills You Need for this Corporate Account Manager Job
- To hit the ground running, you will need proven experience in account management or client services, ideally within events, hospitality, or a similar B2B service environment.
- You must have outstanding relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A strong commercial awareness and confidence in negotiating and managing revenue targets is essential.
- Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with high standards of service is expected.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot will be an advantage.
