• A national organisation who provide a broad range of services to help members navigate the political, business, economic, and regulatory environment are seeking a Corporate Sales Exec to present their solutions to viable clients in the SME and Corporate environments.

About Your New Job

• Implement and manage targeted campaigns to attract new members across all regions and sectors.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for membership expansion, including partnerships, events, and industry engagement.
• Plan multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, digital, print) to promote membership value alongside our marketing team.
• Work with the Head of Membership to refine the new member onboarding journey.
• Develop materials and touchpoints to enhance early-stage member engagement.
• Gather and report on feedback to improve overall member satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and promoting member-focused events, webinars, and roadshows.
• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and regional meetings where relevant.

What Skills You Need

• 3+ years’ experience in a corporate sales or business development role.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills in person.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems and data-driven marketing (Salesforce or similar).
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Some travel will be required with the role and applicants must have a driver's license and access to a car.

Desirable

• Experience in a membership organization, trade association, professional body, or B2B services environment.
• Familiarity with the Irish construction sector or related industries.
