A mechanical contracting firm specializing in HVAC and industrial refrigeration is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join their Limerick-based service team.
About your new role
The Service Coordinator will manage service scheduling and system data, ensuring smooth coordination between clients, service engineers, and internal teams. This role involves strong communication, organisation, and familiarity with service processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule maintenance and service jobs with clients and engineers.
- Manage data entry and maintain the service scheduling system.
- Coordinate with stores to supply engineers with tools and calibration equipment.
- Track engineers' holidays to manage resource availability.
- Support software implementation and manage client callouts.
- Assist in KPI reporting and ensure documentation aligns with H&S and contract standards.
- Liaise daily with clients and internal teams.
Skills required
- Third level education
- Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, engineering, or construction is a plus.
- Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in IT systems related to service coordination.
- Mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not required.
