About Your New Job as the Design Coordinator
- Coordinate and manage the design process for various construction projects.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design specifications are met.
- Review and approve design documents and drawings.
- Ensure compliance with building regulations and standards.
- Assist in resolving any design-related issues that arise during construction.
What Skills You Need as the Design Coordinator
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.
