About Your New Job

As the Dispatch Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise dispatch teams daily and ensure necessary tasks are completed to an appropriate level.
• Delegate and communicate effectively in a warehouse environment.
• Understand and implement company policies and procedures effectively.
• Monitor stock levels, best before dates, and manage goods in and out.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned efficiently and to required standards, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols.
• Work with production teams to ensure all products are in stock and available for picking/orders.
• Liaise with transport and drivers to organize delivery.
• Report shortages/overages and picking discrepancies.

What Skills You Need

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferable.
• Comfortable with stock taking and dispatch paperwork/admin is desirable.
• 1 years people management experience (Desirable)
