Distribution Supervisor

The Role

As a Distribution Supervisor you will oversee daily dispatch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the warehouse. You’ll manage and support your team, coordinate with transport and production, and maintain high standards of accuracy, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise dispatch teams to meet company standards.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly in a busy warehouse.
• Monitor stock levels, dates, and incoming/outgoing goods.
• Keep warehouse areas clean and compliant with food safety rules.
• Work with production to ensure products are ready for orders.
• Coordinate deliveries with drivers and transport teams.
• Report and resolve stock issues, shortages, or picking errors.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Experience in warehouse or dispatch preferred.
• Confident with stock control, paperwork, and dispatch admin.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable.
