Engineering Stores Operative

A well established company who offer supply chain services are looking to hire an Engineering Stores Operative for their Cork site.

What you need

• Experience in a fast paced stores position, engineering stores experience is preferred. 
• Good working knowledge of ERP Systems, Word, Excel. 
• Stock control and management skills, experience in documenting and tracking stock and deliveries. 
• Conscientious and hardworking attitude, able to contribute to a fast moving environment. 

Duties and responsibilities

• Follow current good manufacturing (cGMP) and documentation (GDP) practices in daily work
• Use the customer’s ERP system to receive deliveries
• Receive, log, and deliver incoming shipments on-site
• Locate and issue materials for maintenance work orders
• Assist in finding materials when needed.
• Keep logbooks up to date 
• Maintain store area safety in line with audit standards.
• Report low stock and slow-moving items, and complete monthly stock checks.
• Process and pack returned materials for suppliers.
• Always follow Site Engineering Stores SOPs for all tasks.

• Working Hours: 8:15 am – 5:00pm, 8:15am – 4.00pm Friday
