We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within a dynamic data center environment. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global brand name who are rooted in social technology.

• Location: Clonee, Co. Meath (Onsite, 100%) - cusp of D15 - Blanchardstown! 
• Contract Duration: January 2025 - with extension to September 2026
• Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm
• Closing Date: 4 December 2025
• Salary: €60-70K per annum - dependant. 

What you will do in your new job: 

• Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings for up to three senior leaders
• Manage complex calendars, events and travel arrangements
• Prepare expense reports and purchase requisitions
• Organize strategic offsite events, meetings, and engagement activities
• Facilitate site meetings, including agenda collection, action tracking, and notetaking
• Build and maintain relationships between various teams within the data center

What skills do you need for your new job: 

• 3+ years of experience supporting executives in an administrative capacity
• Proven experience in calendar management, travel coordination, and expense reporting
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to balance competing priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality
• Event planning experience is desirable.
