About Your New Job

• Extrusion and Final Assembly: Focus on extrusion processes, preferably plastics, and final assembly of introducer wires.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct root cause analysis and work on cable/wire extrusion and co-extrusion.
• Collaboration: Work closely with technicians and supervisors, assisting them and qualifying and validating new equipment.
• Project Management: Manage budgets, create operation documents, liaise with suppliers, and follow up on machine release and installation until product validation.
• Technical Expertise: Utilize SolidWorks for drawing and prototyping, and engage in project planning.

What Skills You Need

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years in extrusion, preferably with plastics, and experience in multidisciplinary teams.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SolidWorks, project planning, and experience with various extrusion materials.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively as a team member.
