About Your New Job

• Full responsibility for month-end close, monthly management accounts, and statutory reporting
• Oversight of payroll, banking, credit cards, and expenses
• Cashflow management and treasury
• Tax compliance (VAT, PAYE, corporation tax) and audit management
• Ensuring strong financial controls and accurate, timely reporting
• Providing practical, clear financial input to support rapid operational growth
• Ensuring financial discipline keeps pace with expansion, including international activity
• Improving processes where needed, without over-complicating or slowing the business

What Skills You Need

• Qualified Accountant
• Experience in a senior, hands-on finance role
• Comfortable with the detail: month-end, payroll, compliance, cash
• Experience working at pace, ideally in a growing tech or operational business
• Exposure to international operations or complex growth scenarios

• Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
