About Your New Job

• Adhere to strategic and best practice in-house sales tracking processes and systems
• Manage, implement, and regularly review personalized sales plans for each member of the sales team. 
• Build favourable business relationships with life companies and other relevant parties to generate and maximize sales opportunities.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in the Irish Financial Services Industry as a Senior Sales Advisor
• Track record of leading and motivating a successful sales team.
• Hold a minimum of both the QFA & CFP qualifications and proof of maintenance of all relevant CPD requirements.
