Your New Role

As Finishing Foreman, you will oversee all finishing trades on site, ensuring that the final stages of the project are delivered to the highest standards of quality and detail. You will coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, and manage snag lists to guarantee a seamless handover to the client. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supervising all internal finishing works such as joinery, painting, flooring, and fixtures.

• Coordinating subcontractors to ensure quality, safety, and programme deadlines are met.

• Managing snagging and de-snagging processes to achieve a flawless final product.

• Liaising with the Site Manager, Project Manager, and client representatives to resolve issues promptly.

• Maintaining a strong focus on health & safety and compliance at all times.

Requirements 

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Proven experience as a Finishing Foreman on residential or commercial projects in Ireland.

• Strong eye for detail and a commitment to achieving top-class finishes.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills for managing multiple finishing trades.

• Solid understanding of construction processes, drawings, and building regulations.

• Ability to work to tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
