About Your New Job

• Financial Planning and Analysis: As the FP&A Analyst, you will assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and budgets, and analyze financial performance, variances, and trends to provide actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
• AI-Driven Financial Models: Support the development of AI-driven financial models and dashboards to enhance forecasting accuracy, and automate routine reporting processes using modern tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial plans with business objectives and customer-centric strategies, and prepare presentations and reports for leadership, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
• Scenario Modelling: Contribute to scenario modelling and sensitivity analysis for strategic planning.

What Skills You Need

• Part-Qualified Accountant: ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent with ongoing studies.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) preferred.
• Financial Modelling: Exposure to financial modelling and forecasting techniques.
• Interest in AI and Automation: Interest in AI and automation technologies within finance.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to present complex data clearly.
• Detail-Oriented: Proactive approach to problem-solving and detail-oriented.
