About Your New Job

As the FP&A Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Providing financial analysis and decision-making support for the Head of FP&A, the Executive Team and project leads.
• Monitoring of financial and non-financial KPI for the performance of the company.
• Business Partnering with the Dept Heads, addressing Senior Management requests and supporting Departments heads with in-depth analysis.
• Monitoring, analysing and reporting on individual unit KPIs including costs, profitability, and investment returns.
• Analysing business performance at market segment and individual customer level where appropriate.

What Skills You Need

• Qualified Accountant with 2+ years in an FP&A/Business Partnering role.
• Ability to influence others and work across organisation to deliver financial budgets and reporting with appropriate market insights and commercial analytics.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly when working closely with non-financial employees such as the commercial team
