About Your New Job
- NPD Administrative Support: Serve as the primary administrative support for the Product & NPD team, assist with product documentation, maintain project trackers, and update SOPs.
- Communications & Stakeholder Support: Maintain meeting notes, manage product channels, and assist with internal event planning.
- Learning Opportunities: Gain exposure to product lifecycle management, international brand strategy, and hands-on experience with project management tools like Smartsheet.
What Skills You Need
- Experience: 1-3 years in administrative work.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Soft Skills: Excellent organizational, timekeeping, and communication skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to rapid changes.
