About Your New Job

• Perform groundworks on a residential construction site.
• As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for tasks such as digging trenches, laying foundations, and preparing sites for construction.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to site plans and specifications.
• Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for groundworks.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in groundworks on construction sites.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications are required.
• A driver's license is highly beneficial due to limited public transport access.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
