About Your New Job

• Perform a variety of ground working tasks including excavation, trenching, concreting, and drainage.
• Ensure all work is carried out safely and to a high standard, following all health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other team members and communicate effectively to ensure smooth project progression.
• Operate machinery and equipment as required, ensuring proper maintenance and safety protocols are followed.

What Skills You Need

• Minimum 2 years of experience in ground working.
• Valid Safe Pass, Manual Handling, and full PPE are essential.
• Driver's license and machine tickets are desirable but not necessary.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
