Group Accountant - North Dublin - Treasury exp

My client based in Balbriggan have a requirement for a qualified accountant with strong finance and month end and some treasury exposure

About Your New Job

• Prepare and analyze financial statements (income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements)
• Generate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of management accounts 
• Treasury duties - cash flow forecasting, foreign exchange
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards – VAT & Customs in all relevant countries
• Prepare and file financial reports and tax returns.
• Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
• Utilize SAGE ERP systems to record and track financial transactions.
• Assist with internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations of financial transactions.
• Agile mindset and can-do attitude to embed S&OP process in business practices – continuous planning, reforecasting, quarterly / event driven / rolling forecasting

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant with a strong finance coming from an SME 
• Must have Treasury exposure 
• SME background
