Head of Finance - Tech SME- 120k

My client a leading brand have a requirement for an experienced Head of finance  with strong month end finance experience and someone who has managed all aspects of finance along with dealing with the more commercial aspects of finance - FP&A ETC . You will be actively involved in the growth of the company and strategy of how to get there

About Your New Job

• • Preparation and review of all month end accounts and reporting 
  • Management of the day to day running of finance 
  • Preparation of management accounts
  • Part of Senior Management team and actively involved in company growth Decisions 
  • Management of  budgeting process and other FP&A Duties 
  • Preparation of adhoc reports and analytics
  • Management of busy finance team of 5 
  • Strong FP&A and commercial finance duties 

What skills you need

• • Qualified Accountant with 8 years pqe - working within a tech SME Experiencing high growth - You must be coming from an SME (Multinational FD's wont be considered for this role )
  • Must be coming from an FC role within the Tech industry and must be an SME 
  • Must have staff management exposure 
  • Advanced excel and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work / collaborate with team
  • Strategic finance exposure a must 
  • Prior experience working in a high growth company 

What’s on Offer

• Salary DOE 100-120k depending on your level of exp  with a strong benefits package
• Remote with some office work
