About Your New Job

As the Head of Sales, you will:

• Lead High-Performing Sales Teams: Mentor and support Sales Managers, oversee recruitment, training, and performance management across multidisciplinary teams.
• Develop and Execute Sales Strategy: Conduct route-to-market analysis, streamline sales operations, and manage key accounts to achieve growth targets.
• Drive Operational Excellence and Customer Service: Enhance CRM performance, optimize sales pipelines, and improve internal sales processes.
• Manage Pricing and Market Strategy: Deliver sustainable margin growth while providing critical market insights to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead Business Development Initiatives: Identify and acquire new customers, expand into new territories, and commercialize innovative products.
• Champion Brand and Marketing Initiatives: Drive lead generation, create marketing collateral, and pursue PR opportunities and industry recognition.
• Ensure Effective Stakeholder Management: Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures, and manage reporting responsibilities.

What Skills You Need

• 5+ years of international Sales Management experience: Preferably in omni-channel sales with a proven record of performance.
• 7+ years of Sales/Marketing experience: Online sales experience is advantageous.
• Degree in Business or equivalent
• Strong leadership and communication skills: Ability to coach, resolve conflicts, and manage stakeholders.
• Advanced negotiation and decision-making skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
