- Act as an operational partner to managers, adding value and contributing to HR strategic objectives.
- Deliver projects aligned to HR strategic goals, working closely with operational managers in workforce planning, employee relations, talent management, and employee well-being.
- Develop effective working relationships and implement various HR initiatives and action plans to enhance the employee experience.
What Skills You Need
- Third Level qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Senior HR Operational role.
- Experience in healthcare within the public sector.
- Previous ER/IR experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of employment law.
- Car owner and driver.
