HR Compliance Specialist, 12mth FTC

About Your New Employer

Our client is a global financial services software company based in Dublin. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time HR Compliance Specialist, on a 12-month fixed-term contract concluding on the 31st of January 2027.

This role would be fully remote, with access to work from their Dublin 8 office as desired.

About Your New Job

• Understand HR Compliance laws in the international markets
• Identify people compliance gaps and inconsistencies and collaborate towards improved and more productive practices 
• Operationalize HR processes that meet country specific compliance needs
• Work with partner teams (such as COE teams, legal, payroll) when new programs arise
• Support queries relating to compliance, audit and due diligence specific projects in this area
• Work with our internal legal team to validate compliance requirements
• Collaborate and administer different compliance efforts and projects
• Implement compliance initiatives and templates that can be utilized by people operations team members
• Work with the People Systems team to create solutions in relation to compliance needs and projects, including automation and reporting
• Demonstrate strong knowledge and experience with regulatory frameworks, including Fitness and Probity requirements in Ireland and the Senior Managers and Certification Regime (SMCR) in the UK.
• Work with global teams across varying time zones across our APAC, EMEA and American markets.

What Skills you need:

• 4+ years of experience in HR with operational, project management, or program management activities.
• Experience in HR Compliance or a People Operations role that included compliance
• Strong experience with CRM software programs such as Workday and with ticketing software such as JIRA.
• Experience implementing processes that scale.
• Understanding of HR laws in international markets
• Team player, willing to jump into tasks as assigned.
