About your New Employer:

Our client is a part of the construction & engineering industry located in West Dublin. They are looking for a permanent HR Coordinator to start as soon as possible.

This role would be full-time and fully onsite, 5 days a week.

About Your New Role:

  • Act as a first point of contact, managing the HR inbox and responding to all inbound employee queries and working with senior leadership on escalations as necessary
  • Prepare onboarding materials and facilitate inductions
  • Maintain and update employee records in HRIS System
  • Prepare and issue documents including contracts of employment, payroll documents etc.
  • Assist with posting job vacancies, resourcing, scheduling interviews and with work permit applications/relocation arrangements
  • Become the point of contact for statutory leave
  • Support employee engagement initiatives
  • Manage exit process including letters of resignation, facilitation of the return of company equipment, and coordination of exit interviews
  • Coordinate training sessions, maintain attendance records and report on feedback
  • Assist in the development and preparation of training materials
  • Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration according to agree SLAs
  • Monitor and manage absence records and liaise with line management
  • Support the Wellbeing strategy implementation, including the EAP and the rollout of new initiatives

What Skills You Need:

  • 2+ years’ experience in an HR Coordinator or Administrator role
  • Third Level degree in HR, Business or related would be ideal
  • Strong working knowledge of HR systems and Microsoft Office package
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR policies
  • Experience working directly with senior leadership on a regular basis
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and show strong time management skills
  • Self-motivated and highly organised
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills
