About Your New Job
- Manage the entire recruitment process across various functions, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience.
- Execute project-based hiring initiatives to support business growth, operational change, and site expansion.
- Partner with site and department leaders to plan and meet workforce requirements.
- Manage high-volume recruitment campaigns and direct sourcing activities.
- Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and agency relationships.
- Track recruitment activity and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
- Provide generalist HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and compliance with Irish employment legislation.
- Support employee relations matters in a unionised manufacturing environment, working constructively with trade union representatives and line management.
What Skills You Need
- Educational Background: Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related discipline.
- HR Generalist Experience: Proven experience as an HR Generalist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Industry Experience: Background in unionised environments, ideally within food manufacturing, FMCG, or industrial settings.
- Recruitment Expertise: Experience delivering high-volume and project-based recruitment.
- Knowledge of Legislation: Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and collective agreements.
