About Your New Job
- Lead HR activities at the site level, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
- Be a visible presence on-site, engaging with teams, resolving issues, and managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site, ensuring a fair and high-performing workplace.
- Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, providing regular reporting and insights on key HR metrics.
- Manage change initiatives, ensuring site-level practices align with group HR policies and legislation.
What Skills You Need
- Degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a senior generalist/HRBP/HR Manager capacity.
- Experience in a manufacturing unionised environment is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
- Comfortable being hands-on and highly visible in day-to-day operations, with a practical approach to problem-solving.
What’s on Offer
- Competitive salary of €60,000 - €65,000.
- Monday to Friday schedule with the flexibility to work 2 days from home once established.
