About Your New Job

• As the HR Site Lead, you will be responsible for leading HR activities at the site level, acting as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary, grievance, conflict resolution, and escalation of issues.
• Lead and support change management initiatives, working with managers to embed new processes, policies, and cultural improvements.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and development for the site.
• Champion employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives, ensuring employees feel supported and valued.

What Skills You Need

• Degree or professional qualification in HR (CIPD Level 7/8 preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing unionized environment highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven track record in employee relations and change management.
