About Your New Employer
Our client is a multinational organisation in the pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing sector. They are currently looking to bring on a full-time, permanent HR Business Partner to work fully onsite in their North West Dublin office.
About Your New Job
This role is responsible for leading key initiatives and partnering with leadership to deliver effective workforce planning, talent development, employee engagement, and ensure HR compliance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to site leadership, aligning people strategies with business objectives
- Conduct routine workforce analysis to anticipate skills gaps and talent needs
- Drive workforce planning strategies, facilitate restructuring activities, and shape organizational design.
- Provide guidance on employee relations matters with investigations and carry out disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Maintain site compliance aligned with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies
- Serve as a liaison between employees for benefits inquiries and managers with benefits utilisations & eligibility inquiries
- Facilitate the performance management process including succession planning
- Identify learning and development needs at the site level and deliver solutions
- Support internal communications such as engagement surveys, as well as recognition programs to enhance morale and retention
- Support onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle changes
What Skills you need:
- 2+ years serving in an HRBP role, specifically in a manufacturing or regulated environment
- Third level degree in HR or Business related field.
- Experience with workforce planning and benefits administration
- Strong aptitude for Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
