About Your New Job

• As an Inside Sales Supervisor, you will be looking after a team of agents reaching out to SME businesses across Ireland to introduce innovative employee reward solutions.
• Daily huddles, allocate leads and work on list prioritisation with the team of agents
• Monitor their daily activity and report to Head of Sales on performance, activity and target attainment
• Alongside your leadership tasks you will perform inside sales activities as well including speaking directly with business owners and key decision-makers, understanding their reward needs and guiding them through the online platform

What Skills You Need

• 6-12 months as a team leader or supervisor within an office based sales environment
• Confident communicator, comfortable making outbound phone calls and engaging with customers.
• Motivated by targets, resilient, and coachable with a positive attitude.
