About Your New Employer:
An Irish research provider company are looking for a Consumer Insights & Reporting Specialist which is pivotal in driving data-driven decisions for businesses by helping them understand customer behavior, preferences, and trends.  

About Your New Job:

• Understanding their business needs and objectives, assisting with client development and identifying opportunities for new projects.
• Outlining methodologies, timelines, costs, and expected outcomes for clients. Managing the research process from start to finish, ensuring deadlines and project deliverables are met.
• Making strategic recommendations to help clients improve their products, services, or marketing efforts based on insights drawn from the research.
  Ensuring insights are aligned with broader business objectives and market trends.
• This involves actively communicating with clients to gather requirements, understand their goals, and ensure data analysis aligns with business objectives.
• Designing surveys or questionnaires to collect targeted data that can provide insights into customer behavior, preferences, or trends.
• Analyzing raw data to identify patterns, correlations, or trends that are relevant to the client's objectives. This likely involves statistical analysis, data cleaning, and visualization.
• Taking the technical results from data analysis and turning them into business-friendly recommendations that guide decision-making.
• Creating professional, easy-to-understand presentations using PowerPoint, which convey the findings and recommendations visually (charts, graphs, etc.)
• Leading meetings or presentations where findings are shared with clients, ensuring that insights are effectively communicated to help inform their strategic choices.

The Skills/Experience Needed:

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Business, Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Science, Statistics, or Data Analytics is necessary
• + years of experience in an insights-driven or reporting role is required, demonstrating proficiency in handling data, extracting insights, and making strategic decisions based on consumer research.
