About Your New Job
As the Bulk LPG Installation & Logistics Coordinator, you will:
- Control and maintain all customer tank certification and compliance documentation, including test certificates and inspection records.
- Schedule and monitor planned and reactive maintenance, coordinating with field technicians and contractors.
- Oversee the administration of tank installations, exchanges, removals, and replacements.
- Ensure all installations meet Irish (HSA, CRU) and EU regulations, managing Safety Licences and staying up-to-date with standards such as I.S. 820.
- Maintain accurate databases of tank locations, specifications, and service history.
- Act as a central point of contact for internal teams and contractors to ensure seamless, safe operation.
What Skills You Need
- 3-5+ years’ experience in the LPG, oil, gas, or high-hazard industry preferable.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations (e.g., COMAH, EHS, GMP).
- A technical qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is an advantage.
- Proficiency with MS Office and industry-specific software (e.g., Life400, GoCanvas, Salesforce, Workflow).
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with technicians, contractors, and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage compliance documentation.
