About Your New Job

• As Account Executive you will seek, quote, and convert quotations for new clients and assist in achieving the overall objectives of the new business team.
• You will manage all customer interactions, keeping client records up to date, and ensure all policies are managed and issued in a timely matter.
• You will build relationships with new and existing customers and assist in dealing with customer complaints and queries.
• As Account Executive you will ensure all accounts are handled inline with compliance requirements and comply with all management audit requirement.

What Skills You Need

• APA qualified and working towards CIP Qualification.
• Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to adapt and embrace change.
• Attention to detail.
• Proficient in Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
