About Your New Job

• As an Internal Sales Specialist you will be handling Inbound and Outbound Calls managing new and existing customers, addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Welcome customers to the showroom and engage in direct face-to-face sales, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Input orders accurately and ensure timely processing, maintaining high standards of data accuracy.
• Generate business through outbound calls, meeting defined targets and identifying opportunities to upsell products.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to manage lower-level customer bases and identify sales development opportunities.

What Skills You Need

• 2 years of experience in a similar role or in B2B sales.
• Target-driven with a strong passion for sales.
• Ability to work well within a team and independently, and multitask effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

What’s on Offer

• Salary €35,000 to €40,000 per annum.
