Inventory Specialist

About Your New Job

• Use ERP data to help forecast demand and keep the right amount of stock.
• Work with branch and central teams to clear old stock and keep inventory fresh.
• Team up with suppliers to get the best deals and review performance.
• Quickly sort out invoice and debit note issues, and keep everyone updated.
• Join supplier meetings, raise any problems, and help with other tasks as needed.

What Skills You Need

• Proven organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Experience in inventory operations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible and empathetic in addressing customer needs, consistently managing expectations effectively.

What’s on Offer

• Full-time permanent role, Monday to Friday
• Salary: €35,000 - €40,000
• 12 month contract (potential opportunity for perm contract after)
