A well-established and rapidly growing construction and fit-out company is currently offering an exciting job opportunity for a Junior Contracts Manager to join their team in Dublin. This full-time job is ideal for someone looking to take the next step in their construction career and gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality interior fit-out projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and office interiors.
Your New Job
- Assist senior managers in the planning and execution of fit-out projects.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and schedules.
- Attend site meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Support compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Participate in procurement activities and tender reviews.
- Contribute to weekly updates, claims, and closeout reports.
Job Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in a construction or fit-out environment.
- Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office; knowledge of Procore, MS Project, or Bluebeam is a plus.
- Full driving licence preferred.
