About Your New Job

• Ensure compliance: As the Junior Health and Safety Officer, you will ensure all health and safety regulations are adhered to on-site.
• Conduct inspections: Regularly inspect sites to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Training and support: Provide health and safety training to staff and support them in understanding and following safety protocols.
• The role is a mixed off site and office visits usually operating on a 2 Office and 3 on site model

What Skills You Need

• Full Irish driving licence: Essential for site visits and inspections.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations: Familiarity with relevant legislation and best practices would be a benefit.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to effectively communicate safety procedures and guidelines to all levels of staff.
• 6 months experience preferred but not essential
