About Your New Job

• You will be managing and delivering exceptional customer service to 2-3 key accounts, each generating between €500k-€1m.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for these accounts, ensuring smooth communication and operations.
• Collaborating closely with the sales team to meet and exceed customer expectations.
• Operating from their Dublin office, providing office-based support without the need for a vehicle.

What Skills You Need

• Proven experience in account management, preferably with high-value accounts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage client relationships.
• Ability to work collaboratively with sales teams and other departments.
• Organisational skills to manage multiple accounts and deliver consistent service.
