My client, a growing financial services group located in Dublin city is looking to recruit a Local Compliance Administrator (1-3 years experience) for a 12 Month fixed term contract. The role is to support the Head of Compliance in developing and implementing the annual compliance, updating policies and procedures as well as assisting with risk assessments and audits.
The main duties of the role include:
- Support the business in identifying emerging financial crime risks
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify areas of non-compliance.
- Assist with completing compliance reports.
- Manage compliance communications and training program for staff.
The client is looking for someone with:
- An understanding of general ethics and Compliance practices and regulations.
- 1-3 years in a similar role either in the financial services, banking or insurance sectors.
