About Your New Job

As a Machine Operator, you will:

• Set up, operate, and adjust production machinery according to daily production schedules.
• Monitor machine performance to ensure consistent output and address any deviations.
• Carry out routine quality checks and report any product inconsistencies or defects.
• Conduct basic cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Support production changeovers and collaborate with colleagues to meet team targets.
• Follow all necessary health, safety, and hygiene protocols for food safety compliance.

What Skills You Need

• Previous experience operating machinery in manufacturing or food production.
• Strong understanding of health & safety practices.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with standard operating procedures.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Desirable:

• Experience in food/dairy production.
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with HACCP systems.
