About Your New Job

  • Provide daily support for products, processes, materials, and equipment to achieve production unit goals, including People & Safety, Quality, Service, NPE, Cost & Productivity.
  • Lead technical improvement initiatives under the team’s VIP program and drive process improvement programs across people, service, quality, and cost dimensions.
  • Liaise with quality and engineering teams both internally and externally, participate in phase review processes, and support NPE meetings for new products.
  • Offer ongoing manufacturing support to help the team meet business objectives related to quality, output, and cost.
  • Maintain a valid capacity model in cooperation with the line Supervisor and plan for required capital in advance.
  • Provide leadership on Lean initiatives and offer technical guidance for the Process Technician, ensuring the preventative maintenance program is adequate and timely.
  • Develop and implement supporting documentation that complies with GMP, in conjunction with other team members.
  • Plan and support major projects, product/process transfers, and evaluate new equipment/processes/chemicals for environmental impact in conjunction with EHS.

What Skills You Need

  • HETAC Level 8 qualification (240 ECTS points) in engineering or a relevant field.
  • Minimum three years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating strong problem-solving, DOE, validation management (equipment and/or process), project management and continuous improvement.
