About Your New Job As A Manufacturing Supervisor

• As a Manufacturing Supervisor you will be responsible for managing a team of production operatives ensuring the business meets its needs in terms of output.
• You will manage all aspects of manufacturing in order to produce products complying with all aspects of the companies Quality and Environmental Health and Safety systems.
• You will be responsible for motivating and training the team on site so leadership skills are essential.
• Ability to issue and review technical reports and documents based on strong methodical rationale.
• You will have strong organisational skills to be in a position to prioritise to meet business targets.

What Skills You Need For Your New Job As A Manufacturing Supervisor

• A degree or third level qualification in Pharmacy, Science, Engineering or Mathematics (or a closely related area) or 4 years relevant manufacturing experience.
• Strong level of written and verbal English as this will be tested internally before interview.
• Willingness to work shift – shifts are 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am (Monday to Friday) or continental shift depending on business needs.
