About your new role as a Mechanical Project Manager
We're looking looking for motivated and results-driven Mechanical Project Managers to oversee the successful execution of mechanical engineering projects. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality projects while maintaining client satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage mechanical engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and maintain project plans, ensuring all deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Oversee and coordinate the work of engineers, contractors, and other team members.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and ensure their needs are met.
• Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
• Review and approve technical drawings and specifications.
• Identify and resolve any issues or risks that arise during project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations throughout the project.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management and clients on project progress.

What Skills You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role in the engineering industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, project management processes, and industry standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• A valid driver’s license (travel within the region may be required).
