About Your New Job
As the Mobile Managed Service Executive, you will:
- Handle service requests and general queries from corporate customers.
- Support order management and device provisioning.
- Assist with reporting, administration, and basic troubleshooting.
What Skills You Need
- Experience in a customer or business support environment.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Good attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Comfortable working with data, systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise effectively.
- Team-focused with a commitment to delivering excellent service.
- Advantage: Experience with Salesforce or technical support.
